Scribner Auction Ltd. will not be responsible for any damage or breakage to any item for any reason if assisting with the loading, handling or otherwise). Please try to pick up all purchases on the designated Pick up dates listed above! Payment Details:
1. An Invoice will be emailed to you at the conclusion of Auction Sale.
2. Payment is due once invoices have been sent out.
3. You can pay onsite on Sat. Sept 16th/Sun Sept 17th during designated Pick up Hours OR at the Scribner Auction Office Monday Sept 18th during regular business hours (No Items will be released to the buyers until guaranteed payment is received in full)
4. No Cheques unless approved by Scribner Auction Ltd.
5. 15% Buyers Premium per item will be applied to all ONLINE purchases. See BP, Taxes & Fees.
6. An additional 2.5% administration fee is applicable for any and all MasterCard/Visa transactions online or onsite.
7. GST of 5% will be charged to all applicable items
8. Scribner Auction Ltd. will automatically charge your credit card by Noon on the Monday following the Auction if you have not already paid or made made arrangements that are satisfactory to Scribner Auction Ltd.
9. All EFT “ETransfers” MUST be sent to : admin@scribnernet.com
10. Shipping & Handling Charges will also be charged to your credit card at the time of shipping and a New & Revised Invoice showing the total including shipping/handling will be emailed.

After an item has been sold, that item is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. All merchandise is sold AS IS/WHERE IS. No Guarantees or Warranties Given or Implied. Scribner Auction is not responsible for missing parts. No bidder shall retract his/her bid. All sales are final.

If you are unable to attend Auction in person, you MUST rely on the pictures provided to inspect the items. Therefore, each Purchaser shall be held to have satisfied themselves as to the condition & specs of all items based on pictures provided. If in person preview is not possible, please review the pictures provided. Based on these circumstances, as an online or absentee bidder, you hereby agree that you are bidding sight unseen.
The Auctioneer will not knowingly accept a bid from any Consignor or Agent for the Seller.
ANY ITEMS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN CLAIMED AFTER 30 DAYS WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED and become the property of Scribner Auction Ltd. Unless you have made arrangements with Scribner Auction!
