1. An Invoice will be emailed to you at the conclusion of the 3 Day Auction.
2. Payment is due once invoices have been sent out.
3. If you wish to pick up your items and pay with either Debit or Cash, this must be approved by Scribner Auction Ltd.
4. No Cheques unless approved by Scribner Auction Ltd.
5. A 12.5% Buyers Premium will be applied to all online purchases.
6. An additional 2.5% administration fee is applicable for any and all MasterCard/Visa transactions.
7. GST of 5% will be charged to all applicable items
8. Scribner Auction Ltd. will automatically charge your credit card by Noon on the Tuesday following any weekend Auction(s) if you have not already paid alternately or have made arrangements that are satisfactory to Scribner Auction Ltd.

10. Shipping & Handling Charges will also be charged to your credit card at the time of shipping and a New & Revised Invoice showing the total including shipping/handling will be emailed.

FRIDAY & SATURDAY & SUNDAY: Purchases will be packaged up after the auction and shipped via Canada Post or PUROLATOR (for dangerous goods) within 12-16 days of the 3 day Auction Sale. Shipping & Handling Charges will be charged to your credit card. All packages shipped via Canada Post come with $100 insurance. If you want additional insurance you must ask! Scribner Auction Ltd. will not be responsible for any damage or breakage to any item for any reason (shipping, handling or otherwise). If you wish to arrange for Pick Up at our Wainwright, AB location, please call our office to make an appointment 780-842-5666.
