PICK UP ONLY SAT. July 9th & SUN. July 10th from 10am-4pm AND MON. July 11th from Noon-6pm (Trucking must be arranged by the purchaser or with the assistance of the Auction Company!)
Scribner Auction Ltd. will not be responsible for any damage or breakage to any item for any reason if assisting with the loading, handling or otherwise). All items must be removed from the Farm Site NO LATER THAN FRIDAY JULY 15th. Please try to pick up all purchases on the designated Pick up dates listed above!
Payment Details:
1. An Invoice will be emailed to you at the conclusion of Auction Sale.
2. Payment is due once invoices have been sent out.
3. You can pay onsite on Sat. July 9th/Sun July 10th during designated Pick up Hours OR at the Scribner Auction Office Monday July 11th during regular business hours (No Items will be released to the buyers until guaranteed payment is received in full)
4. No Cheques unless approved by Scribner Auction Ltd.
5. NO Buyer's Premium for the Auction Sale!
6. An additional 2.5% administration fee is applicable for any and all MasterCard/Visa transactions.
7. GST of 5% will be charged to all applicable items
8. Scribner Auction Ltd. will automatically charge your credit card by Noon on the Monday following the Auction if you have not already paid or made made arrangements that are satisfactory to Scribner Auction Ltd.

If you are unable to attend in person, You MUST rely on the pictures/videos provided to inspect the items. Therefore each Purchaser shall be held to have satisfied themselves as to the condition & specs of all items based on pictures/videos provided! As an online or absentee bidder, you hereby agree that you are bidding sight unseen.
The Auctioneer will not knowingly accept a bid from any Consignor or Agent for the Seller.
